Yves Mohy
Yves Mohy (1928–2019) was a French ceramist associated with the La Borne pottery community. Trained at the École des Beaux-Arts, he developed a unique sculptural language rooted in abstraction and organic form. His stoneware pieces, often raw and textured, reflect a deep connection to material and landscape. Active from the 1950s onward, Mohy remained an independent and discreet figure whose work is today celebrated for its poetic strength and timeless presence.
